Refund Policy

If you withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receiving your order and it is returned to us, you will receive the purchase amount of the respective product back within 5 working days.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case, no fees will be charged for this refund. 

Note: In the case of credit card payment, a refund booking is often only visible on your credit card statement at the end of the month/period. 

Currency

All prices and costs listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP). All transactions are conducted in Pounds, where applicable. Please note that any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
