Order, delivery and shipping
We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. If you happen to encounter any questions or other problems, you can feel free to contact our customer service. Below, we explain how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Placing an order
The ordering process of Pyndora.com is designed to be as simple as possible. First, you need to add the desired product to the shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking the black button labeled "Add to shopping cart."
Here it is important to check whether you have selected the correct variants. If everything is in order, then press the "Checkout" button. On the information page, you need to fill in the correct address details; make sure all the information is entered correctly. When these details are correctly filled in, you can press the "Continue with shipping" button.
The "Shipping" page offers the possibility to review the provided address details once again. Furthermore, you can see that every shipment is delivered completely free of charge. As a token of appreciation for our customers, we always cover the shipping and delivery costs ourselves. You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to payment" button.
In the payment options, you have a choice of various payment methods. On Pyndora.com, all payment methods are equipped with SSL encryption, which means that you are always guaranteed a secure payment environment with us.

After you have chosen the correct payment method, you need to press the "Complete Order" button, after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of the payment method you selected. Follow the instructions on the respective page to complete your order. If you unexpectedly experience any difficulties placing your order, you can always contact us.
Postage costs
We cover the shipping costs of every order ourselves. All our products are delivered to your home for free without hidden charges. There is also no minimum order quantity required.
2. Shipping of your order
Have you found the perfect look or accessory on our website? Then of course you want to enjoy it as soon as possible! That's why we make sure your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible.
To ensure that we can ask fair prices for our products, we have chosen to collect packages in bulk and once we reach our minimum threshold, we send them all at once. We hope you understand this and want to help us create a better and healthier world.
NB: Just like many other online stores, it is extra busy for us and delays may occur due to the corona crisis. Please take this into account when ordering. We do our utmost to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
Below you can see the average time progression of all our packages:
- After placing an order, we need 1 - 3 business days to process your order. On weekdays, this will be 1 business day, but if you order on Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.
- When your order has been processed, it will be shipped and it usually takes 3-9 business days for your order to be delivered.
- The total delivery time is therefore approximately 4 -12 working days.
If you have placed an order with us, you can easily check after a few days when your package is expected to arrive. You will receive your personal tracking code by email, which you can use to track your order via our tracking partner ParcelsApp. Check out our Track & Trace page about how this works.

3. Delivery of your order
When your order is delivered, you can enjoy your order! Of course, something can always go wrong. Want to exchange or return? Then check this page.
Defect product?
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged during transport. For this, we always provide a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot issue a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund your full purchase amount.
Lost package?
In the event that a package has been lost or not delivered due to a logistical reason, we will always send a new package before proceeding with our refund and return policy.
Import duties
In some cases with our packages, customs will carry out an inspection on the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation was changed as of July 1, 2021, and we unfortunately have no influence over it. In some cases, customs may charge a small amount of import fees. However, don't worry! We see that in many cases this will not happen. If customs fees are charged, please contact us.
Delivery when not at home or at the post office
If a package is delivered to the door or handed over at a post office, Pyndora has incurred the costs to deliver the package. If the package is not accepted or not picked up from the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier and we are entitled to withhold 15 Pounds from the amount you receive back.
Currency
All prices and fees listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP). All transactions are conducted in Pounds, where applicable. Please note that any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.
